Membership Be a PBS Member • They are a community or fellowship of individuals committed to taking an active role in the achievement of the Bible Society mission and promotion of Bible Society programs – translation, production, distribution, promotion and fundraising. • They serve as “Bible Ambassadors” and speak for the Bible Society. • They pray for, participate in various programs, and give financial support to the Bible Society. Membership Details, Benefits, and Fees Types of Membership • Annual Membership - One year term - must be renewed yearly • Lifetime Membership - For life • Lifetime for Couples - Special lifetime membership for married individuals Eligibility • Membership is open to individuals affiliated with Christian churches/ mission organizations. Membership Benefits • Recognition as a voting member of the Bible Society, who are eligible to elect Board Members during the Annual Corporation Meeting and may suggest/recommend ideas/programs related to enhance Bible Society ministry • At least 10% discounts on BibleHouse purchases • Access to free tracts/Bibles (as stocks will allow) for personal/church distribution • Free or subsidized participation in Bible Society translation/ other Bible Society training programs. • Participation in Bible distribution projects. • Monthly: Maximum of 500 tracts free, for pick-up; Releasing of tracts is every Thursday and Friday.
